4- Sawad Al Bina (hands that build) Project

This project is the first phase  of immediate relief project. It is an urgent  project because of the current situation and in order to help in relieving suffering and improving the conditions of life. This project aims to resettle displaced people and reconstruct life facilities in all governorates of the Republic. The company aims to finance and achieve the budget and in order to ensure that all the steps of the project will be organized and documented in transparent and credible manner, urgent needs will be  identified and accurate database will be built through which we and our partners in organizations, centers and donors can adopt the necessary measures.

4-2 The work plan in Sawad Al -Bina Reconstruction Project 

The plan includes the following aspects.

  • Field visit

In which the following things will be done ; survey, engineering assessment of the damages,  suggesting solutions and  estimating the cost of reconstruction and starting the executive process.

  • The technical plan of the survey and assessment
  • The limitation of survey and assessment
  • The financial basis used in calculating the estimation cost of rehabilitating
  • The international standards used in classifying damages

 

4-3 The scope of the Sawad Al Bina Reconstruction Project( immediate relief phase)

Sawad Al Bina Reconstruction Project in its first phase ( the immediate relief phase) will include two  areas:

  • Safe areas

These areas include the Yemeni Southern and Eastern governorates;  Aden, Abyan ,Shabwah, Lahj, Al Dhala, Hadramaut, Al Mahrah, Socotra and  Marab

  • Conflict areas

These areas include governorates of conflict such as Sana’a, Dhamar,  Ibb, Taiz, Alhudaydah,  Sa’dah, Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Raymah, Amran ,AlJawf and Al Bayda
